The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) includes the right to live. Article 3 provides everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person. Every person's right to live must be guaranteed by the law. Nobody's life may be purposefully taken unless it is done so to carry out a court's judgment after someone has been found guilty of a crime for which there is a legal punishment. A human right is the right to live. It is inherent, universal, inalienable, and interrelated. "Right, to live is important to enjoy all other rights. It is the right that is dependent upon every other right. The constitution guarantees these rights and it is also guaranteed by the international document. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted in 1948 by the general assembly of the of the United Nations after the second world war. It is provided that "Everyone has the right to live, liberty and security of person"(art. 3). The right to live is the cornerstone of fundamental human rights, therefore its enshrinement in the Constitution—the fundamental law of the land—confers a fundamental character."

It is the foremost right of man.

Every man's life is protected by law. No person shall not be divested of his life and if anyone is committed a crime, then convicted will be prosecuted before the court. Inducing a person to commit suicide is a violation of the right to live. Suicide is not merely suicide. It has behind the reason to commit suicide. Cyberbullying is a temporary issue that leads to teen suicide.

IN WHAT WAYS CYBERBULLYING BREACHES THE RIGHT TO LIVE OF ADOLESCENT

Every person has human rights. There are human rights of man which are essential to living in the world. The right to live is one of them. Adolescents' right to live is violated by cyberbullying. Cyberbullying instigates adolescents to commit suicide. Obscene photos, videos, statements, etc when posted on social media, both girls and boys cannot take such type of cyberbullying. They experience numerous forms of social humiliation. That is why they commit suicide for cyberbullying. They are forced to commit suicide. It is not intentional. It is murder. It is a clear violation of the right to live. In this way, cyberbullying violates human rights which is the right to live of adolescents.

The Bangladeshi constitution's Article 32 mentions the right to live. It provides that everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of a person. Every life is protected by the law. Nobody can kill a person intentionally or for taking revenge. And everyone has liberty in their lives. They can do anything without illegal work. Bangladesh's constitution provides this right. It is a constitutional right. Bangladesh citizens have the right to get security. The government will ensure every citizen's security by law enforcement agencies. A person will be secured from any crimes. Cyber Crime is also one of them. The government will take action to prevent cybercrime, such as cyberbullying. Teenagers are the targets of cyberbullying. Adolescents are the victim of Cyber Bullying. The right to live does not mean that the right to live is violated only for killing a person The right to live is abused in numerous ways. Cyberbullying is a violation of one's right to live. If any person commits suicide for cyberbullying, then the right to live will be violated for reasons of cyberbullying.

In addition to protecting life, the right to live also protects it from criminal activity. A lot of offense is related to the right to live. Now cyberbullying is one of them. It is a new offense in the world. With the development of technology, Cyber Bullying has increased around the world. It kills adolescents indirectly for the humiliating post on social media. Every person has the right to life, liberty, and personal security. The most significant of all rights is the right to live. It depends on the existing and pre-existing operation. The right to live begins from the primary source. It is all about quality-of-life spending. As a human being, the right to live is ensured for the peacefully live in the country. One may anticipate that the right to live itself is in some ways primary because all other rights would be without worth or original meaning given that human rights can only relate to living things. This Section will look at how the Indian Supreme Court has interpreted and applied the right to live. According to Article 21 of the 1950 Indian Constitution, "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except by the procedure established by law." Article 21 of the Constitution defines "life" as more than only breathing. It has a far broader definition that encompasses rights to a dignified existence, a means of subsistence, health, and clean air, among other things. The Indian constitution right to live has inserted that the right to live is protected by law, liberty, and the security of a person. Cyberbullying is a serious offense in the modern world. People are connected on social media and the internet. Cyberbullying is committed in many ways.

By the Indian Constitution, everyone is entitled to life, liberty, and security. The right to live is also a fundamental right. It is protected by the supreme law. No one is deprived of the right to live. All adolescents are protected from every offense. One offense violates more than human rights. The right to live of adolescents is infringed by cyberbullying. Cyber Bullying kills adolescents. When a perpetrator posts an obscene photo online as well as on social media to humiliate an adolescent in society, the adolescent cannot take this humiliating. Then they are forced to commit suicide for Cyber Bullying. Here, the perpetrator provisory adolescents to commit suicide. It is not suicide. Using cyberbullying as a weapon is murder. In this way, Cyber Bullying violates the right to live of adolescents.

RECOMMENDATION

It has been established that cyberbullying and human rights are related. Cyber Bullying violates some rights of human rights. However, I've demonstrated how cyberbullying violates young people's rights to live. It violates in many ways through online media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Imo, and so on. Adolescents are the most sufferer of Cyber Bullying. Obscene photos, videos, images, and statements are posted on the internet and social media to humiliate adolescents. Adolescents cannot take such type of humiliation on social media and as a result, they are bound to commit suicide. It is not a suicide. It is murder. The right to live is violated here. We need to think about cyberbullying. How dangerous it is? We should enact strict laws to prevent such types of crime.
